Industrial-grade components and control methods are used to fully demonstrate the modular
production system, including multiple stations each with its own focus, covering monitoring
and feeding, detection and rejection of pallets. defects, handling, processing, simulated heat
treatment and marking, 32-position storage, six-freedom robot handling, stereoscopic
assembly and storage.

The input and output signal cables of each actuator are led to serial ports for quick connection
with the SIEMENS PLC unit, at the same time the PLC are led to 4mm safety connectors for
function expansion. That is, the PLC unit can not only be used for the logic control of the
modular station, but also can be taken out as a stand-alone unit for external programming
application.

All stations can be combined with others to create systems, the complete unit is mobile and lockable with a complete aluminum profile structure and sheet steel chassis.
